Yoga for Health is a soft and grounding Hatha/Vinyasa flow. Each class includes movement, mindfulness, and breathwork. We move and stretch the body, breathe deeply, and give the mind a chance to rest. You will feel supported, peaceful, and free. Yoga can also improve your strength, flexibility, sleep, and overall health.
Bring a yoga mat and comfortable clothes. No previous experience required – just come as you are.
