Performance-free dance, joyful movement, and social connection!
Dance for Health is a research-based method that focuses on strengthening mental well-being and reducing stress through joyful movement and social connection. It can help those who regularly experience fatigue, insomnia, depression, anxiety, headaches, or stomach/neck/back pain.
Warm-up, free movement, guided dance, and relaxation are part of every class. No previous experience required. Come as you are, we learn together and have fun!
